Experience

Litigation in areas of Family law, Child custody and child support, Juvenile law, wills, lving wills, Probate, Employment/labor cases, education law, landlord tenant/property issues, and personal injury. She also practices in Tipton and Fayette counties. Attorney Hardaway has over 30 years of Experience as a federal civil rights attorney and administrative judge, state prosecutor and criminal defense attorney and general litigator. She has served as Regional Counsel for the State Department of Children’s Services in Shelby County Tennessee, and presently serves as a member of the City Civil Service Commission and part time Divorce Referee.
